2. Tour Definition: Once you contact us, we will help you choose the perfect tour for you and your group. We will define the type of tour (snorkeling, fishing, or diving), the date, duration (for fishing), and the number of participants.
3. Advance Deposit (30%): To secure your date and vessel, we require an advance deposit of 30% of the total tour cost. We will provide you with a secure payment link via PayPal or Stripe so you can make the payment conveniently.
4. Confirmation and Pre-Tour Details: Once your deposit is received, we will send you a detailed confirmation of your booking, including the time and meeting point, and any other important information for your departure.
5. Meet at Marina Cozumel and Enjoy! We will meet you at Marina Cozumel 15 minutes before departure for a brief briefing and equipment distribution. The rest is just enjoying an unforgettable adventure with Wildcat Divers.
